Our eclectic decor, gathered from our travels over the years, adds a unique charm, while the high ceilings create a bright and spacious feel. The interior of the home is bright and spacious, and the bedrooms are comfortable and thoughtfully equipped, each offering a queen bed or king bed, along with plush bed linens, clothing storage, and essentials such as extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and heating. The bathrooms are well-appointed with everything you might need, including a bathtub, hair dryer, and toiletries. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the home also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room. Guests will find board games, books, children’s toys, and a TV, making it an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment.
The backyard is a true extension of the home’s living space, surrounded by lush greenery that provides a tranquil environment. There is a hot tub, perfect for unwinding after an adventurous day, as well as a patio area equipped with a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and cozy outdoor furniture. Sun loungers are available as well, making the backyard an ideal spot for both relaxation and socializing. For outdoor dining, a dining table is provided, along with all the necessary accessories such as wine glasses and BBQ utensils. Both of us hail from humble beginnings and have spent the last 25 years raising our four beautiful children and building our businesses from the ground up. Mark has thrived as a financial consultant, while Stacee has pursued her entrepreneurial spirit with Dragonfly Designs, an art education and entertainment company. Our family loves to travel, see the world, and meet wonderful people on our journeys. When our children were growing up, we spent summers in Spanish-speaking countries, placing them in local schools to learn the language and culture. Our four children are trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Spanish!
South San Francisco, known as “The Industrial City,” has a rich history dating back to the 19th century, with a vibrant community that continues to thrive today. Our home at 55 Nursery Way, located in the Chestnut Estate subdivision, is a testament to the area’s development and charm. When we aren’t working, going to school, or traveling, our family enjoys giving back to our community and beyond. We volunteer together in organizations that support women and children and love to host traveling kids and young adults in our home.
